Your blades lock after a flurry of blows, your bodies press against each other, the only thing separating the two of you your weapons. Your eyes meet, and you can feel their breath and bodyheat so close to yours. With a cocked half-smile, they wink, and you feel the tip of a dagger against your chest. Point.

Slash is a flirty game of anime-inspired courtly duelling. Think Utena, Princess Knight, Rose of Versailles, She-Ra (2019), and anything else where women wield swords and structured jackets. You could be fighting over someone else’s affection, sparring in a training room, or answering an offence with your blades. 

Slash is anchored in the slightly surreal world of shoujo anime, but can easily be tweaked for just about any setting. As long as you’re interacting with your best enemy, it could be a dance at a royal ball, a mecha fight, or gun-powered shootout.
