The City; Crescive
A downloadable game
The History of The City, like all histories, is not a straight line from A to B. It has no goal, no fixed path, and no end point. It has sprawled, grown, receded, and rerouted to meet the needs of its people, the whims of its rulers, and changes of disasters. But it is amidst this verdant growth of streets and creaking buildings that the stories of its peoples are found.
The City; Crescive, is a worldbuilding game for 1-4 players, designed to be played either standalone, or to create the setting for a larger campaign. It uses wooden pieces from Settlers of Catan, but can easily be tweaked to use other tokens, or even pieces of paper.
Requirements:
• 2-4 sets of wooden piece from Settlers of Catan (each containing 15 roads, 5 settlements, 4 cities), one for each player.
• 3 pens in different colors
• A sheet of paper
The rules are uploaded both as a single page sheet, and a two-sided trifold brochure (both available with and without background images for easy home-printing).
